The Prestige Parklane project schedule runs from a building plan approved on 13 August 2026 to a declared completion on 31 December 2030. Construction starts on 1 October 2026, and the payment schedule runs alongside it on fixed calendar dates, beginning with the first instalment on 10 December 2026.

Approvals Came Before the Launch

The order of the early dates matters more than it might appear. KIADB approved the building plan on 13 August 2026, and Karnataka RERA granted registration on 15 September, both before any price was published.

That sequence means buyers at launch had the land title, the sanctioned plan, the unit count and the completion date on public record before committing money. It is the opposite of a project sold on a plan that has yet to be approved.

The Construction Period

Work begins on 1 October 2026 and runs to a declared completion of 31 December 2030, which is just over four years. The early months go into the ground, because each of the nine towers has three basement levels beneath it.

Above ground, the towers rise to 76.55 m across a ground floor and 24 upper floors, with the 19th floor of each set aside as a refuge floor. Larsen & Toubro is the contractor for the build.

How Payments Track the Schedule

The payment plan is time-linked rather than construction-linked, so instalments fall on fixed dates regardless of the stage on site.

Stage Payment When
Booking 10% + GST On booking
Agreement 10% + GST On signing the agreement for sale
Instalments 1 to 24 3.2% + GST each Every two months, 10 December 2026 to 10 October 2030
Possession 3.2% + GST On intimation of possession, 31 December 2030
Other charges 100% + GST On intimation of possession

Plan cash flow around those dates rather than around site progress, since the two are deliberately separate in this project.

What Happens at Each Quarter

Once construction starts, the promoter must file a progress update with Karnataka RERA within 15 days of each quarter ending. The project engineer certifies progress in Form 3 and the architect in Form 2, which makes those filings the most reliable public record of where the build has reached.

For buyers, that turns a four-year wait into something you can check four times a year, rather than relying on a sales update or a site photograph shared on a group chat.

Where the Project Stands Today

The land at Plot No. 24 is demarcated and fenced, the KIADB approach and arterial roads are complete with carriageway, lighting and a planted median, and site services are being installed. The experience centre and model flat are under construction, while tower work begins on 1 October 2026.

Reading the Schedule as a Buyer

Two dates carry legal weight: the construction start of 1 October 2026 and the completion of 31 December 2030, both declared to Karnataka RERA. If possession runs past the second, the Act requires the developer to pay interest to buyers for every month of delay.

The rest of the schedule is about your own planning, from the first instalment in December 2026 to the possession charges that fall due at the end.
