Prestige Parklane Offers

Prestige Parklane launches on 25 September 2026. At this stage the value sits in what the launch price already includes: one car park, the floor rise for your floor band, and a payment plan spread over four years. Ask the sales team to confirm the current price sheet and any offer in writing.

What the Launch Price Includes

  • The apartment at the rate for its tower, unit line and floor band.
  • One car park per apartment, of Standard, Standard EV or Linked type.
  • Floor rise for the band, already built into the printed price.
  • Seven floor bands: ground, 1 to 4, 5 to 8, 9 to 12, 13 to 16, 17 to 20 & 21 to 24.

Across those bands, floor rise typically adds ₹5 lakh to ₹8 lakh from the ground floor to the top band. Because it is already in the sheet, there is no separate floor rise bill later.

What is Not Included

  • GST: 5 per cent on the price, payable with every instalment.
  • Stamp duty and registration: 7.5 per cent of the price.
  • Other charges: your saleable area × ₹415, plus ₹25,000, with GST, payable at possession.
  • Kitchen fit-out: no counter or dado is provided.
  • Full apartment power backup: available at extra cost.

Launch Prices by Configuration

Configuration Saleable area Starting price
1 BHK Classic 567 – 571 sq ft ₹56 lakh
2 BHK Optima 828 – 880 sq ft ₹82 lakh

3 BHK Aspire 1,445 – 1,469 sq ft ₹1.32 crore
3 BHK Premia 1,597 – 1,662 sq ft ₹1.46 crore
3 BHK Ultima 1,757 – 1,801 sq ft ₹1.64 crore

Rates run from ₹9,122 to ₹11,404 per sq ft. The 3 BHK Aspire carries the lowest rate, and the 1 BHK the highest.

The Payment Plan is Part of the Value

The plan is time-linked, not construction-linked. You pay 10 per cent on booking and 10 per cent on the agreement, so only 20 per cent is due early.

After that, 24 instalments of 3.2 per cent fall every two months, from 10 December 2026 to 10 October 2030. A final 3.2 per cent is due at possession. Spreading payments over four years keeps each one small.

Why Booking Early Can Help

  • Choice of unit: tower, floor band and facing are all decided by availability.
  • Published prices: the current sheets cover every unit line, so you can compare before choosing.
  • Known charges: other charges are printed per unit, so the final bill holds no surprises.
  • Documents in place: RERA registration came on 15 September 2026, before the launch.

How to Check Any Offer

Offers change, and a verbal promise is hard to enforce. Use these checks before you rely on one.

  • Ask for the offer in writing, with its expiry date.
  • Check whether it changes the price, or only the payment timing.
  • Confirm whether GST, stamp duty, registration and other charges are affected.
  • Make sure the agreement for sale records anything you were promised.
