Devanahalli is the airport town of North Bangalore, in Bengaluru Rural district. It holds Kempegowda International Airport, the KIADB Hi-Tech, Defence and Aerospace Park and the Satellite Town Ring Road. Prestige Parklane sits in Phase 2 of that aerospace park, 8.7 km from Devanahalli town and 20 km from the airport.
Devanahalli lies at the northern edge of the city, along NH-44. The STRR, also numbered NH 648, runs past it and links Hoskote in the east to Doddaballapur and Dobbaspet in the west.
The KIADB Aerospace Park is split into zones, with Phase 1 to the west and Phase 2 holding Prestige Parklane at Plot No. 24. The immediate area around the project covers Haraluru and Muddenahalli.

Chanakya University sits in the same KIADB zone, and Devanahalli town is 8.7 km away for markets and everyday shopping. Larger malls are 29 km or more towards Hebbal and Thanisandra.

This corridor works best for people whose work sits on it: the airport, the aerospace park, the electronics plants and the business parks nearby. For them, a short commute is the main gain.
It works less well for a daily drive to Whitefield or the southern IT belt. ITPB is 39.4 km away and Manyata Tech Park 40.5 km, both about an hour.
