The launch made prices public for the first time, covering every unit line across seven floor bands in all nine towers. Homes start at ₹56 lakh for a 567 sq ft 1 BHK and reach ₹1.92 crore for an 1,801 sq ft 3 BHK, which works out to ₹9,122 to ₹11,404 per sq ft.
Each price includes one car park and the floor rise for the band, with GST, stamp duty and registration on top. The survey form for allotment opened at 5 PM on launch day.
Site photographs from 14 July and 29 August 2026 show steady groundwork rather than tower building. The 11.90-acre residential land at Plot No. 24 is demarcated and fenced, and the KIADB approach and arterial roads are complete with a concrete carriageway, street lighting and a planted median.
The experience centre and model flat are under construction, with the pavilion taking shape and its forecourt slab cast and kerbed. Site services, including power backup, water storage and service ducting, are being installed ahead of the tower work.
Construction starts on 1 October 2026, and the first major phase goes into the ground because each tower sits above three basement levels. Larsen & Toubro is the contractor, and the towers will rise to 76.55 m across a ground floor and 24 upper floors.
From then on, the promoter must file a progress update with Karnataka RERA within 15 days of each quarter ending, certified by the project engineer and the architect. Those filings are the most reliable place to follow the build.
