Prestige Parklane connectivity rests on one road above all others: the Satellite Town Ring Road, which is 2 km away and about two minutes by car. Kempegowda International Airport lies 20 km north, a drive of 25 to 30 minutes, while Devanahalli town is 8.7 km away and Majestic in the city centre is 45 km. Phase 2A along the Outer Ring Road is targeted for December 2027, and Phase 2B to the airport for March 2028. Both dates are current guidance rather than a promise, so check BMRCL updates before you plan around them.
BMTC route 298-P runs between Devanahalli and Hoskote, stopping at Channahalli, 1.6 km from the project, and at Haraluru Gate, 2.3 km away. For residents without a car, those two stops are the practical link to the town and the wider network.

The airport is the corridor's biggest single advantage, and at 20 km it is a 25 to 30 minute drive from the project, which suits anyone who flies regularly for work. That proximity is also why aerospace, defence and electronics employers chose this belt in the first place.
For rail, Devanahalli station is the nearest practical option for local services, while Doddaballapura at 29.9 km and Rajanukunte at 29.6 km handle express and intercity trains. Neither is a daily commuting option, but both matter for weekend travel across Karnataka.
The KIADB Aerospace and Defence Park occupies the same zone as the project, which is what makes a short commute possible here rather than theoretical.

Coming from the city, take NH-44 towards the airport and then join the STRR heading towards Hoskote, with the project about 2 km from the ring road at Plot No. 24. From Devanahalli town, expect 8.7 km and roughly 13 minutes, or search the coordinates 13.212962 N, 77.767110 E in a map app.
Two of the three major connections already work: the airport is operating and the STRR is carrying traffic, so the location does not depend entirely on future infrastructure. The third, the metro, is under construction and will add Doddajala station to the corridor.
Possession at Prestige Parklane is declared for 31 December 2030, which gives the Blue Line time to open on its current guidance. Even so, it is wiser to judge the address on what exists today and treat the metro as an addition rather than the reason to buy.
