Very few homes in Bengaluru are built inside an industrial park, and Prestige Parklane is one of them. It stands in Phase 2 of the KIADB Hi-Tech, Defence and Aerospace Park, with aerospace and electronics employers as its neighbours.

The immediate area covers Haraluru and Muddenahalli, east of Devanahalli town and the airport, with KIADB Phase 1 lying to the west. The STRR, also numbered NH 648, is 2 km away and takes about two minutes to reach.

The full master plan covers 32.26 acres, of which homes occupy 11.90 acres and an enterprise estate takes the rest. In other words, workplaces and homes share a single plan.

The address is built around work, since the KIADB Aerospace and Defence Park occupies the same zone as the project. Employers nearby include Amada India at 12.2 km, Thyssenkrupp Aerospace at 12.8 km and Shell Technology Centre at 17.4 km.

Roads matter most here, and the STRR links to Hoskote on one side and to Doddaballapur and Dobbaspet on the other. NH-44, or Bellary Road, runs towards the airport and the city, while IVC Road serves local traffic and a Peripheral Ring Road is planned.

Public transport is catching up, with Doddajala station on the Namma Metro Blue Line Phase 2B now under construction. BMTC route 298-P to Devanahalli and Hoskote stops at Channahalli, 1.6 km away, and at Haraluru Gate, 2.3 km away.

Coming from the city, take NH-44 towards the airport and then join the STRR towards Hoskote, with the project about 2 km from the ring road. From Devanahalli town the drive is 8.7 km, or roughly 13 minutes.

Karnataka RERA registered the project on 15 September 2026, and it launches ten days later, on 25 September. Construction starts on 1 October 2026, with possession declared for 31 December 2030.
