The experience centre sits on the project land itself, so a visit shows you the real site rather than a showroom elsewhere in the city. Photographs from July and August 2026 show the pavilion taking shape, its forecourt slab cast and kerbed, with landscaping under way around it.

Getting there is straightforward, as KIADB's roads to the plot are finished, with a concrete carriageway, street lighting and a planted median. The Satellite Town Ring Road lies 2 km away.

• Model apartment: the model flat is under construction and will show the finished layouts.
• Legal documents: the RERA certificate, the KIADB-approved plan and the land papers.
• Price and availability: tower-wise price sheets with floor bands, car park type and other charges.
• Booking and allotment: the EOI, open since 15 September 2026, and the allotment process that follows the 25 September launch.

• See the surroundings: the project sits inside an aerospace park, next to its own enterprise estate. That is easier to judge in person.
• Check the documents: ask for the RERA registration, the sanctioned plan number and the land title.
• Compare towers: each tower carries different home types, so facing and floor band matter.
• Understand the full cost: ask for GST, stamp duty, registration and other charges in writing.
• Time the drive yourself: check the run to the airport, to Devanahalli town and to your workplace.

• What is the car park type for that unit: Standard, Standard EV or Linked?
• What are the other charges for that unit, payable at possession?
• What are the payment dates, starting with the first instalment on 10 December 2026?
