Prestige Parklane Current Project Status

• Land parcel secured: the 11.90-acre Phase 1 land at Plot No. 24 is demarcated and fenced.
• Access roads complete: the KIADB approach and arterial roads have a concrete carriageway, street lighting and a planted median.
• Experience centre under construction: the pavilion is taking shape, the forecourt slab is cast and kerbed, and landscaping is under way.
• Site services being installed: power backup, water storage and service ducting.
• Towers not yet started: work on the nine towers begins on 1 October 2026.

The photographs of 14 July and 29 August 2026 record steady groundwork rather than tower building, with the boundary in place and the internal approach ready for heavy vehicles.

Roads are the most useful detail in those images, because a concrete carriageway with lighting and a planted median is infrastructure that already exists rather than a render.

• 13 August 2026: KIADB approved the building plan, DO3-KIADB-00128/26-27/BP.
• 15 September 2026: Karnataka RERA registration granted.
• 25 September 2026: project launch, with the price sheets released.
• 1 October 2026: tower construction starts.
• 10 December 2026: first time-linked instalment falls due.
• 31 December 2030: proposed completion and intimation of possession.

The first major stage is the basements, and since each tower has three levels below ground, excavation and foundation work take up the early months.

Tower work follows next, rising to 76.55 m across a ground floor with 24 upper floors, with the 19th floor of every tower set aside as a refuge floor on the approved plans. Larsen & Toubro is the contractor for the build.

• Payments follow dates, not stages: instalments fall due on fixed dates, so progress is worth watching.
• RERA requires updates: the promoter files quarterly progress reports with the authority.
• Professionals certify progress: the engineer signs Form 3 and the architect Form 2.
• Your handover depends on it: possession is declared for 31 December 2030.
